At Coolenta, we respect your personal data. We collect your name, phone number, address, and details about the repair or service you need, strictly for the purpose of dispatching our technicians and providing repair services across the cities we operate in.
Information We Collect
- Name, phone number, and address you provide when booking a service, by phone, WhatsApp, or through a form.
- Basic information you submit through contact or lead forms on Google, such as your name and phone number, when you request a callback through one of our ads.
- Limited technical information (such as which ad or search led you to us) used to measure how our advertising is performing.
How We Use Third-Party Services
We use Google Ads to measure the performance of our advertising, which may involve sharing a securely encoded (hashed) version of your contact information with Google to confirm that an ad led to a completed booking. We use WhatsApp Business to communicate with customers about their service requests. These providers process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own marketing purposes.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party. Data is kept secure and used only for the internal operational needs described above.
Internal Advertising Management Tools
We use an internal software application (“Coolenta Ads Automation”) to access and manage our own Google Ads advertising account. This application uses Google’s Ads API to view campaign performance data and make adjustments such as pausing underperforming keywords, updating bids, and generating performance reports. This tool operates only on our own advertising account and does not access, collect, or process personal data belonging to website visitors or customers beyond what is already described above.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and maintain accurate service records, and delete it when it’s no longer required for those purposes.
